Lexus in Design presents a limited edition capsule collection of 26 collectible design objects created in collaboration with a group of visionary designers including Germane Barnes, Michael Bennett (Studio Kër), Crafting Plastics, Suchi Reddy, and Tara Sakhi (T SAKHI). Each designer is crafting a series of bespoke objects, inspired by a core pillar of Lexus’ brand ethos–personalization, sustainability, materiality, technology, and performance. Objects featured throughout the collection, such as candle vessels and scent diffusers, incorporate a new custom Lexus in Design scent developed in collaboration with clean fragrance brand, dilo.

The Lexus in Design Capsule Collection coincides with 'Liminal Cycles', an immersive and multi-sensory installation developed in collaboration with Crafting Plastics. 'Liminal Cycles' will be on view at the ICA Miami sculpture garden during Miami Art & Design Week 2024 and explores concepts of software-enabled personalization, reactive technology and sustainable materials through four large-scale and sensory-responsive sculptures inspired by the Lexus LF-ZC electric concept car. Expanding on the concepts explored in 'Liminal Cycles', the Lexus in Design Capsule Collection balances innovation with heritage, ephemeral with collectible, and technology with human interaction, to transport viewers on a journey of personalization and luxury.

Lexus is a global luxury automotive brand with an unwavering commitment to bold, uncompromising design, exceptional craftsmanship, sustainability and personal luxury. This year, Lexus will once again partner with ICA Miami to present a large-scale installation, titled 'Liminal Cycles' during Miami Art & Design Week. 2024 marks the first year Lexus has collaborated with multiple designers to create procurable new commissions to accompany the installation. Lexus has also collaborated with dilo, the Philadelphia-based clean fragrance startup renowned for its balanced and innovative scents. The resulting Lexus in Design custom scent is featured in both 'Liminal Cycles' and the collectible design objects.
