Welcome to a place where time stands still, allowing you to catch your breath away from the uncertainties of the world.
Here, you're invited to discover inner peace amidst external chaos—to slow down and connect with the quiet strength within you.
This space isn't untouched by life's turbulence; rather, it's where you can acknowledge your journey, recognize your wounds, and find renewed joy and purpose. It's the transitional stage between what you're ready to let go of and who you aspire to become—a place to breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and pursue your dreams. The furniture in this room draws inspiration from nature, embodying joy, ease, and inner strength to support you on your path ahead.
The Echo screen, marked with openings resembling bullet holes, stands as a testament to resilience, showing that scars become part of our experience and help us build a better future. The Valun chair brings the monumental presence of nature indoors, grounding you and enveloping you in unexpected softness. The Liquid Rack, inspired by water, is both massive and light, introducing a sense of flow and calm to the space, supporting emotional release and cleansing. Lastly, the Barvinok table, inspired by the periwinkle flower, heralds a season of bloom, capturing nature's lightness and bringing it into your space.
G Home is a design studio centered on gourds—the first domesticated plant to serve human utility. We view gourds as a lens through which to explore the material world, seeing them as a globally significant material carrying unique cultural identities and natural wisdom. Our designs are rooted in contemporary needs yet aim to reflect diverse traditions of craftsmanship in meaningful ways. By honoring this ancient material, we create functional objects that transcend time and place, inviting reflections on sustainability, cultural memory, and the enduring connection between nature and human ingenuity.
