Habitare, the leading furniture, design and interior design fair in Finland, will showcase Finnish design companies and designers at Alcova Milano from April 7 to 13, 2025. Curated by Päivi Helander, creative lead at Habitare, and NEMO Architects Maria Klemetti Laine and Jussi Laine, the Habitare Materials & Objects exhibition will be located at the former SNIA Factory in Varedo. The exhibition will feature the following companies and designers: Arktis Furniture, Fiberwood, Durat, Hiil, Koivui, KOTA company, Metsä Fibre, Mölinä, Pihlgren & Ritola, The Friends of Finnish Handicraft, VM Carpet, Ville Auvinen, Fanni Laukkanen, Aino Michelsen and Roosa Ryhänen.
“By staging a joint exhibition, we can help more companies and designers to showcase their work in a major international arena. The collaboration enhances the exhibition, producing great encounters and adding an interesting dynamic”, says the creative lead at Habitare and the curator of Objects, Päivi Helander.
