Dye dye my Darling

"Dye dye my darling" is a collection of unique, mono-material pieces surfacing from LoopLoop’s latest material research. A set of vases, a coffee table, and a set of mirrors made from plant-dyed anodized aluminium showcase delicate colours and patterns obtained through their experimental techniques. An additional research mini-lab at the exhibition showcases their live experiments with local plant material, while providing a sneak peek into the studio’s bespoke processes.

LoopLoop is a research-based studio for lasting design objects, fully designed & produced in Rotterdam. LoopLoop was nonchalantly born from a collaboration between Odin Visser and Charles Gateau. Odin is an expert in product development, lighting and industrial design, Charles brings together materials science, research and niche production techniques. They joined forces to explore a design and production approach that challenges the current paradigms in the field.
