Cosmic Resonance explores the dialogue between Cosmic Relics and Cosmic Traces, two series that embody the tension between permanence and impermanence, structure and fluidity, the tangible and the ephemeral. Cosmic Relics captures planetary alignments in sculptural totems, evoking a universal rhythm that transcends cultures and time. Each piece is a relic of interconnectedness, a testament to humanity’s deep ties to the cosmos.

Cosmic Traces, on the other hand, preserves the fleeting imprints of celestial movements—resonances of unseen forces that carve the universe as they sculpt our existence. These traces embody the ephemeral nature of cosmic rhythms, revealing the invisible patterns that shape our world.

Through Cosmic Resonance, Sten Studio presents a celestial archaeology where stone becomes a vessel of memory. These sculptural forms invite contemplation of our alignment with the universe, reminding us that we, too, are shaped by gravity’s pull, the rhythms of time, and the echoes of celestial motion.

Sten Studio is a Mexico City–based design laboratory exploring the beauty and mystery of natural phenomena through stone. Founded by Jose Schnaider, the studio creates sculptural furniture and objects that merge craftsmanship, mineral diversity, and narrative, transforming geological materials into contemporary collectible design that connects nature, ritual, and human experience.
