| nulla | - Capsule of Resistance
by Spacelab x SimarLabs
If Joe Colombo's 1972 Total Furnishing Units celebrated petrochemical plastic optimism, | nulla | proposes long-life solid-oak pragmatism: not as nostalgia, but as future-proofing tactic. A table and two transforming cabinets — microkitchen and wine module — built in French oak from centuries-old forestry cycles, engineered to outlast owners, uses, and market trends. The object is built to last; the forest has time to regrow. Edition of twenty numbered specimens, produced 2026–2030. With | nulla |, we will probably not abolish fast design or reverse systemic obsolescence. But we can build one workable alternative and make it last.
