CHURCH
by Leo Lague + VERSA
VERSA and Leo Lague stage an atmosphere for attention at Alcova. Investigating design as a device for reconnection, the installation articulates an environment in which matter and technology are conceived as an ecology. Drawing from the concept of Bem-Viver, it frames balance, presence, continuity and collective life as a form of contemporary intelligence. Space is thus conceived in layers that weave together sound, light and material. Rather than delivering a fixed message, the project reorients a sacred space toward the contemporary desire for deeper presence, bringing the divine within each visitor into focus
VERSA is a hybrid organization focused on expanding creativity made by architects and curators. Leo Lague is a designer examining modes of production, origin chains, and time through material. They share a long-time creative encounter, working together at the intersection of space and experience in multiple projects.
