CJ ASLAN is a multidisciplinary artist from New York, currently residing in Los Angeles California. Her practice centers around world-building. Merging materials least expected to coexist. Aslan is widely recognized for her platform and fashion project, ASLAN WORLD. In addition to her fashion project, Aslan's consulting work, cinematic work and Creative Direction deeply informs her studio practice. ASLAN collaborates with cultural figures, Award renowned musicians, brands, and institutions to translate identity into cohesive visual worlds & physical form, extending her practice beyond the traditional exhibition formats.
