Nobodies of the Golden Age
by Studio Ololoo x Blank x Restudio
We hold that a so-called “golden age” is born not of extraordinary individuals, but of the enduring dialogue between nature, craftsmanship, and materials. In a time often labeled a “golden age,” we choose to situate ourselves in service to nature, craftsmanship, and materials. Three design studios from China — Studio Ololoo, Blank, and RESTUDIO — each respond to this moment in their own way: as observers of nature, recorders of craftsmanship, and interpreters of materials.
Studio Ololoo, Blank and Restudio are three multidisciplinary design studios. They share their passion for design by exploring the possibilities of materials hidden in the details of casual daily living, transforming materials into immersive experiences through their projects.
