Resonance

Studio Lugo returned to Alcova Milano in April of 2026 with 'Resonance', a new body of limited edition work that marks a significant evolution from polished precision to sculptural experimentation. 'Renosance' will take place at Alcova’s unique new location within the former Baggio Hospital in Milan, engaging with the raw character of the site and its evolving landscape to frame the presentation. Each piece of the collection carries a unique character, embracing intentional imperfections and visible traces of handwork in raw, often raw materials. The new series, Resonance, features peeled-back and blossoming layers of metal, where layered reflections create a shifting visual perception. The collection reflects the passage of time, a commitment to experimentation, and the ongoing evolution of innovative craftsmanship rooted in the historic production culture surrounding the historic Grand Bazaar area located in Istanbul.
